Founded by John Parker - The ROCKtheYACHT® band was formed from a love of Yacht Rock genre music by already successful musicians who have been previously successful & don't "need" to do anything - but LOVE to perform these great songs for fellow Yacht Rock music enthusiasts.
On TV's StarSearch following after the end of the Yacht Rock Era, bandleader & founder John Parker grew up with Yacht Rock music and has made his entire livelihood his entire working life performing for special events, such as Company Parties, Galas, Concerts, Casinos Weddings & more - John has performed for well over 2000 events with his band & has the ability to fit in with ANY crowd ANY time.
